In this case, I think RDA stands for "Recommended Dietary Allowance," the old method in the United States of explaining what kind of nutrients you should get in a healthy diet. In this case, the person is taking that idea and extending it to laughter. People say that laughter can help you be healthy, so this is sort of a joke and serious at the same time. |
