I would not be able to attend the office from the 1st of July to the 3rd since/because I have to go to ABC(city name) to attend my convocation.
Notes:
1. I suspect this would be said to a potential employer. If so, the use of 'would' is correct. You are implying "If you hire me, I would not..."
2. 'To attend the office' is correct, but it sounds a little strange to my American ears. Maybe that is the way it is phrased in British English, but I don't know. If you don't know for sure, consider "... able to work from the first..." or "... able to come in from the 1st..." or "... able to be in the office from the 1st..." Also, if this is a written statement to a potential employer, use 'first' and 'third' rather than '1st' and '3rd.'
3. Both 'since' and 'because' are correct here, but I much prefer 'because' in this case.
Very good, Muni! Please let us know how the job search turns out.
Best of Luck,
