"The process of aging may increase the risk of oral health. For example, with poor chewing and eating abilities, tooth loss can increase the risks to general health and affect nutritional intake."
I don't understand the exact meaning of " with poor chewing and eating abilities,".
Which is similar to the meaning of the seconc sentence?
1. Tooth loss (which usualls happens in the old age) can cause not only poor chewing and eating abilities but also the riske to genenral health and affect nutruitional intake.
2. Tooth loss (which usually happens in the old age) as well as poor chewing and eating abilities can increase the risks to general health and affect nutritional intake. |
