Among the names you listed, the ones I think are the most famous are Mao Ze Dong (in Portuguese, it's written "Mao-tse-tung") and Jack Chan. The former, for his role in history; the later, for his movies.

I remember the name "Deng Xiao Ping" from high school history lessons, but I must confess I can't really say anything else about him.

Is Bruce Lee Chinese?

About Confucius, yes, he's very famous around here. Some people even guide their lives according to his ideals.

An observation:
Bruce Lee died at 33. So did other famous/accomplished people like Alexander, Jesus Christ, Adi Shankaracharya and maybe more.
