After the film we went back to Marco's to play* with* his computer.
Can the with be omitted?

The*ever*-present cell phones=always?

Is there a phrasal verb that describes showing up for a something (meeting or party) that has been cancelled?

Thanks

It sounds funny to me without a preposition, but now that you've questioned this, I think "on" is a much better preposition.

Maybe... maybe if a computer was primarily a game machine, it would be OK. It doesn't sound odd to me to say "play his XBox." Maybe other contributors will think differently.

Yes.

I doubt it. At least, I can't think of any.
