Dear all,
How do you describe someone who's self-confident, has no difficulty expressing his/her thoughts and feelings, often in a funny way, and pays little attention to details?

Is "down-to-earth" a good description?

The person you are describing seems to be out-going, friendly, easy-going and self-assured but not necessarily down to earth. Down to earth means practical, realistic.
