There is a lot of original music that wasn't rewritted in his compositions.
Is it okay to use 'is' or should I use 'was'?
Is there a word 'rewritted'? Should it be 'rewritten'?

Well, yes, "write" is a verb that goes to "written", not "writted". But the bigger problem with this sentence is that "original" and "not rewritten" mean the same thing ( I think).
Could you mean...
