A *character shop*= a boutique shop?
I am in for the night=I am going to not do anything else?
Buy an item that fit the fullest parts of your body, and the tailor can *nip* the rest.=Does that include cutting a part off or just tuck it in and sew?
Thanks |

Never heard of that. What's the context?

Basically, yes. You are home and you are not going out again that evening.

Nip = small cut. So the tailor would cut off the extra and sew it to fit. |
