It is important to do exercise for people. Exercise can keep your body health.You should get up early in the morning and do some exercise. Meanwhile, you can breathe fresh air and see sunrise. I agree, execerise is very important ..
I always go to fit center to do some excerise !
I feel fresh and have power
but listen guyz if you make excersie you should not stop
you have to do it often because if you stopped, you will be fat !
so 3 times a week is good to bulid our body !
dont froget to drink water =P |

In my opinion, the exercise has many advantages for you. It can help you get good health and protect you from any disease. Moreover, it makes you get the good emotion and it can help you enhance social life. So, the exercise has advantage for 3 reasons.
First, the exercise has useful for your health. It can reduce risk of major illnesses such as diabetes and heart disease. Therefore, you will get a good health. It can increase muscle of body. So, the body shape is strong and firm. And it can help you reduce weight when the body is fat and more cholesterol levels.
Second, the exercise has useful for your emotional health. It can help you relax from any stress. Hence, it will improve quality of sleep. It is very effective in reduce feeling of depression. It can improve sense of well-being such as increase mental acuity and improve ability to cope with stress.
Finally, the exercise can help you enhance social life. It can improve personal appearance because the exercise makes you feel confident. It can increase opportunities to make new friends and the exercise can increase opportunities to share an activity with friends or family members.
In conclusions, the exercise makes you get a lot of advantage for you. Scientist believes the exercise can reduce any disease and the body shape will be firm soon. It can help you relax from any stress. Therefore, you can feel good. And, they can enhance social life with your friends and family members. What are your ideas about the advantages of the exercise?

Hello! I agree your opinion.
Exercise is a very important thing.
Exercise is good for our health.
And it can keep your body slender.
In fact, you don't get up early to do exercise.
Every day in our live, you can do exercises.
Such as walk, go up and down stairs.
Though get up early can breathe fresh air, it is very difficult thing to whom go to bed late.
Doing exercises every day is good for our health.  |

Exercise is my morning custom and ceremony. When it's fine, I do exercise out of door. but when it's rain, in door. It's difficult to get up always early in the morning. but if I do exercise at sunrise, it's better. Because I can swallow the sunlight. Then I feel like to get energy. Ater exercise, I feel refresh and I can feel delicious to eat breakfast.
Let's do exercise in the morning. [/b] |

Your exercise custom is great!!
When I ran before my breakfast ,I also felt usual morning meal was delicious.
Recently I try exercising in evey night.It's doing adbom muscle.I do it about 100 times in a day.In japan coming soon a " Coming of age day",so I have to lose my weight. |

One thing to which no one can disagree and that is about the importance of a balanced diet in accordance with a planned exercise program. There have been many instances where a person might be trying his best to achieve weight loss thru exercising but not achieving the same just because he is not concentrating on the dietary part. Our body has to maintain a healthy balance between all the nutrients like carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals, fiber and water and if this balance is not there exercising will be of no avail. _________________ Switch to Glyconutrients for a healthy life. |
