You're better feed the elephant grass, not meat.

Can we use plural, grasses, instesd here.

Grass is uncountable and therefore has no plural form.
However, in some cases you can use the plural form when talking about types or classes of something.

Spain has many wines.

And there are many types of grasses. I understand that bamboo is a grass, and so are palms.
