Dear teachers,
Would you please tell me if the following expressions are correct ?
1. There's plenty of time. Don't worry! The train doesn't leave before an hour / for another hour.
2. I'm sorry I CANT AFFORD THE TIME right now. I've got a plane
to catch.
Many thanks,
Hela |

These are my choices and recommendations:
The train doesn't leave for another hour.
I'm sorry I CANT AFFORD TO TAKE/SPEND THE TIME right now. _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |

Another question please:
What would you use in the following the article or the possessive?
I've had to go the doctor about my eyes. I spend at least six hours a day in front of THE / MY (?) computer.
See you |

You could say either of the two unless, of course, the fact that it is your computer is relevant.
I spend 3 hours a day in the car communting to and from the office.
