I want to know the use of hte phrase "this day week". Because the dicitionary says it means "today in the LAST week" or "today in the NEXT week." Which is which?
Thank you very much. |

"This day week" is the same as "A week from today". One of the two would not be understood by an American English speaker.
Do you know which one? _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |

Did you want to say "think" meaning you challenge my statement or "thought" meaning you didn't know this? It doesn't matter. I had to look it up. Here's an example of what I found:
Three Irish on course to reach final school
The 24-year-old carded a 69 for a seven-under-par total of 135 for a one-shot lead at one of the four venues, and from which the top 20 players will progress to the final stage at the San Roque Club, starting this day week. _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |

I didn't know that when I posted it, so I wanted to challenge your statement. I got it? |
