which sentence is right:

You don't know half the things you think you do.

You don't know half of the things you thing you do.

If none of them is really good, please, give me suggestions.

"None" is the same as "not one"; "neither" is the same as "not either." Since "either" means only two, you use it and "neither" when you have only two, as you have here.

If there are more than two, use "all" or "some" or "none," depending on the meaning.
