I've consulted a dictionary.
But there are two different usage that seems both fit the meaning of plushy.

1 plush=plushy [a.] expensive and comfortable
2 silk or cotton cloth with a surface like short fur [n.]

in this sentence, what does 'plush' mean?

and it also seems werid to me if it is use as a noun here.

thank you so much ! Very Happy

Plush refers to the softness, like velvet, of the material.

Comment: In my dictionary it's listed as both an adjective and a noun.

For "a plush terry cloth towel," towel is the noun, terry cloth is the fabric that the towel is made of (hence an adjective here), and plush is an adjective describing the terry cloth towel as soft and plump.

I think "terry cloth" is also written as one word sometimes, "terrycloth," but I could be wrong.
