For the poem below

Hours mean no more or less than years.
A moment is a point with no dimension.
People count to undermine their fears,
Persuaded numbers lead to comprehension.
Yet time is an illusion of our motion,
No realer than the rising of the sun.
Each line we draw rests on a restless ocean,
Way, way beyond the scope of more than One.
Years do not begin and never end
Except for purposes of calibration.
A need to share our yearnings, friend to friend,
Requires just one point of celebration.

Could please someone give me interpretation to the following lines

Persuaded numbers lead to comprehension.
...
Each line we draw rests on a restless ocean,
...
Way, way beyond the scope of more than One.
...
Requires just one point of celebration.

Thank you very much.

The concept of time, which marvels the poets and philosophers is
treated as something immeasurable in the verse.

Persuaded numbers lead to comprehension.
The units we use to measure time is only for our comprehension, and time is essentially immeasurable.

Each line we draw rests on a restless ocean,
When we observe the sunrise across an ocean, we can see lines (sunrays) touching the waves in an ocean, which is itself "restless" becauses of the constant movement of the waves.
Of the sunrise, which is probably the only index of time,"Each line" might refer to a day/a year, "a restless ocean" refers to the restless world. Each day/year passes off the restless world.

Way, way beyond the scope of more than One.
"more than One" could refer to an ocean (figuratively the different periods of the world), or persons. The concept of time is incomprehensible(Way, way beyond the scope) in all times and for all people.

Requires just one point of celebration.
A moment of celebration with friends is what counts in life.
