B: I�m awake already.
- Are these natural?

2. Hope but don�t be disappointed.
- Is this natural?

1.A. Yes.

1.B. More natural would be, "Yeah, I'm awake!" or simply "Yeah!"

2. Steven, I can imagine that it would sound natural in the middle of a casual conversation. Lacking that, though, I think it'd be more natural as, "Be hopeful, but don't be disappointed!"
