|
|
Hello teachers. Could you help me?
I'm confused about the natural use of the word "enough."
Could you tell me which one is correct?
1. These grammatical mistakes are serious enough to make no sense.
2. These grammatical mistakes are serious enough not to make any sense.
If neither of them makes sense, could you tell me how I should express it?
Thanks in advance

Your sentences are understandable and acceptable but they can be improved by adding to them.
These grammatical mistakes are serious enough to make no sense of the (phrase)(sentence).
These grammatical mistakes are serious enough that the (phrase)(sentence) doesn't make any sense. |
