50 real situations in China

Recently I read a post in Chinese bbs about 50 real situations in China,I thought most of them are reasonable and truth ,so I translated it into English .

First:The imcome of ordinary citizens is one-tenths of citizens in Europe and America,but the price of housing is up to the price of housing in Europe and America.

Second:House can be owned by individual ,but the land will be owned by state,recent enacted law regulates that house is part of land which means your house is part of state property.

Third:In terms of international calls ,the fee of calls from China to oversea is ten times higher than the fee of calls from oversea to China ,which so-called supporting national industry.

Fourth:every day Chinese government shout out the great renaissance of China,the great renaissance of China is based on the renaissance of education,however the Chinese government only invests money on education as same amount as the poorest Africa country Uganda,and individuals have to pay the higherst fee of education themselves in the world,then sarcastically the government calls this "socialism advantage".

Fifth:The salary of civil servants is three times higher than the salary of natinal average ,sarcastically the Chinese government calls this "civil servants are not easy to be corruption if their civil servants get higher pay",the fact is that China is one of the most corrupted country in the world.

Sixth:Civil servants don't pay retirement pension,however after they are retired they get three times more retirement pension than other people,sarcastically when an offical in Japan didn't pay three months retirement pension,Chinese media constantly reported this scandal ,didn't they know that Chinese civil servants didn't pay any retirement pension?didn't they know that they are not qualified to criticize this kind of behavior of other countries?

Seventh:People have to pay money to police when they lease their private houses,it seems like that people pay money to gangdom to get safeguard.

Eighth:Ordinary people are not allowed to watch foreign TV programs ,this may be a litter better than the regime of Taliban of Afghanistan.

Ninth:When Chinese people travel within China they have to get visa,for instance going Hongkong needs getting passing border visa ,going Shenzhen needs getting frontier pass.

Tenth:overthrowing communist party's rule is illegal ,although most of Chinese are sick of its rule ,they are not allowed to shout out in the street what they really want to say.

Eleventh:In Chinese stock market some companies cheated their sharers,but Chinese courts don't accept and hear these cases,the funny thing is they say that there are not regulations on these cases.

Twelfth:The houses which you bought can't be used as offices(Shanghai government enacted a regulation in which regulates that you don't have the right to control your own properties.

Thirteenth:You have to show your ID when you go to Internet Cafe in China.

Fourteenth:Porn is illegal,however there are a lot of sex products 'shops.

Fifteenth:The fees of motorcycle's licences are higher than the price of motorcycles.

Sixteenth:you can't browse the contents of some oversea Websites in China,this is not because your computers 's function doesn't work,Chinese government blocks them.

Seventeenth:The more often you use you phones ,the more expensive of the fees,even thought you don't use your phone you have to pay the fees.

Eighteenth:Medical accidents were judged by hospitals themselves, the courts verdict these kind of cases according to their superior of these hospitals.

Nineteenth:Gambling is illegal ,however Chinese governent allows lottery existence everywhere.

Twentieth:The most common sentence which a judge say in court is :"because we don't have this kind of laws ,,,"

Twenty-first:Military forces belong to commmunist party not the nation.

Twenty-second:Ordinary people are not allowed to elect their leaders.

Twenty-third:There are two different systems in one country although Chinese government is not willing to .

Twenty-fourth:Every compony has a head of communist party who is not responsible for business but he of she gets pay from this company.

Twenty-fifth:There is a class of people so-called retired-cadre who share better benefit than ordinary people in China.

Twenty-sixth:The leaders of China like to show off themselves as English speakers in the public.

Twenty-seventh:News media belong to communist party,but they are paid by the taxpayers and they are mouthpiece of communist pary.

Twenty-eighth:People can't easily change their living areas so-called residence regulation.

Twenty-ninth:The currency Yuan of China can't be accepted by most foreign countries .

Thirtieth:A couple during their lives is only allowed to give birth one child.

Thirty-first:Chinese citizens are used to liars,many of them are not willing to accept the truth.

Thirty-second:Almost all officials in China are corrupted althought the amounts of money which they defalcate are various.

Thirty-third:The punishes within communist party can substitute the verdicts of court.

Thirty-fourth:Unemployment in China is called laid out.

Thirty-fifth:Although China is full of resource they are not usefull because these resources are polluted

Thirty-sixth:There are not commercial TV stations in China ,however there are much more advertisements than foreign TV stations.

Thirty-seventh:The less ordinary people know ,the better, which is most important policy of Chinese communist party.

Thirty-eighth:About 30 percent of people in China are illiteracy or half-illiteracy.

Thirty-ninth:there is a regulation in Chinese juridical system which is called "when you admit your crime easily they will get less term of imprisonment,when you don't admit your crime you will get more term of imprisonment", there is a little progress which in recent years they are a little bit shameful about this slogan.

Fortieth:In China if you want to open a business of a small bar you need getting through more than tens of governmental offices to get the permissions,if you want to open a business of company you need getting through more than hundreds of governmental offices to get the permissions.


Forty-first:China is one of developing socialist country,its gaol is fulfilling communist country,how great its goal is !

Forty-second:Almost every family has colour TV,however they can only watch the propaganda of communist party.

Forty-third:Within China the locals regard other people in their cities an unwelcome people .

Forty-fourth:In China the communist party control many industries including Telecommunication,airline ,railway,media,oil ,banking and so forth which they call them national industry.

Forty-fifth:In china you can easily and cheaply buy any of world's popular brand products,however they are fake .

Forty-sixth:China once was a biggest country consuming opium in the past,now China has become number one country which consumes tobacco in the world.

Forty-seventh:Many foreign companies sell bad products to China because many of Chinese products are worst than that.

Forty-eighth:Many people in China say that they should resist against Japansese products ,but the fact is that they are willing to spend their hardly-earning money to buy Japansese products thanks to their top-quality.

Forty-ninth: Most of Chinese dare not say what they really want to say in the public.

Fiftieth:When most of Chinese see this post they can't help but laugh.
