Hiiii
I have a job that the majority of the employee are men. Sometimes is hard to stay in this work, because I'am young and a woman.
But women have a power inside..... and woman can survive.
Are you agree with me?

Women have the same strength of spirit and resolve that men do. In some things, maybe more so.

Still, I imagine the macho Spanish culture does not really support a woman getting ahead of them, so it will be difficult.

agree, just look at my mom to see what I mean... Successful Dr.Ing. who has so much wisdom that she controls the whole sector of research and technological developement in her company.
Well but sometimes we men think that women should sit at home with kids and citchen  (sorry to the women who feel insulted...) |
