I think "Mike" in S1 is the complement and "a taxi" in S2 is the objective.

S1: She called him Mike.
S2: She called him a taxi.

I think S3 means she said bad things about him.

S3: She called him names.

Is "names" in S3 the complement or the objective?

S1: Yes, �Mike� is the OC (object complement), in the form of a proper noun.

S2: Yes, �a taxi� is the OB (direct object), in the form of a noun phrase.

S3: Yes, it means she insults or swears at him using bad names. �Names� is the OC.

Please note the �objective� you referred to should be �object�. �Objective� means something else.
