I think it is a good thing that Thai government has been urged to enforce a ban on cigarette smoking in public because cigarette smoking is not good for anyone. First , cigarette smoke could cause cancers and many diseases toward smokers and non-smokers. Second , smokers have to pay a lot of money for buying cigarettes. However , I think Thailand is more successful in enforcing a ban on cigarette smoking than some developed countries such as Japan. Japanese people may think that smoking can help them relax from hard working. Moreover , Japanese government is not serious in anti-smoking.
In conclusion , I hope that every country in the world will succeed in enforcing a ban on smoking in the future.
