I have been remembering this bad experience for one year now.
When I came to America my ESL teacher was always mean to me and she was always making me feel bad because I was foreign.
That *beep*' *beep* of *beep*.
Oh and of course I didn't feel cool, I felt totally worthless and humiliated.
I'm still in ESL but my new teacher is always nice to us and she appreciates foreign people.

It's a shame that some teachers have no clue as to how they affect their students! I'm glad you now have a good teacher. Best of Luck in your studies, Cavc.

Thanks, oh and by the way, do you think ESL kids are cool, because there is a girl in my school who thinks I'm cool because I'm in ESL and she likes me because I'm foreign and because I speak another language at home.

Sure you're cool! I'd guess that the majority of native U.S. citizens cannot speak two or more languages, and it's fun to meet people from other cultures.
