Being a non-native English speaker I occasionally do not get what the native English speakers are saying but I have a habit of pretending that I get it because I do not want them to know that I am poor with the spoken English language and embarass myself. Any suggestions to break this habit? _________________ Robert Iglesias |

Find someone truly interested in talking with you. As 'profe' said..."it's their fault...not yours". Keep trying...Philo |

Thanks for your suggestion, Philo. I guess that would help build my confidence with the spoken word and consequently break that habit. Is there anyone out there who is interested talking with me? _________________ Robert Iglesias |
