Whoever you see in this room isn't my friend.

Could this sentence mean two things:
1-Nobody that is here is my friend.
2-Not everybody that is here is my friend. Some of them are my friends but not all.

It means only no. 1, not no. 2. If there are 50 people in the room, whoever you see -- whether one, some, or all 50 -- you will not see a friend of mine. So nobody in the room is my friend. And I'm a little sad about that.
