Please help;
I know we can say "I have a good idea" putting a/an when we use an adjective for the word "idea".
Can I also say "an idea"??

Yes. "An idea" is correct. You use an when the word that follows starts with a vowel, or a silent consonant.
e.g an awful idea, an equal partner. An hotel (in some parts the world you will hear a hotel but the h is sounded). |
