- I'm not suitable with this job because my character and my ability of persuading is limited in some fields. Especially when I use my professional competence to persuade other people.

- My skills are : report on aproblem before the public, human resources management, organize work, judge and analyze and give out plans to develop.

- Are these grammatical to write?

I would rewrite them both:

- I'm not suitable with this job because my character and my ability of persuading is limited in some fields. Especially when I use my professional competence to persuade other people.

--This job is not really suited to me because of my character and my limited ability to persuade people, even using my professional competence.

- My skills are : report on aproblem before the public, human resources management, organize work, judge and analyze and give out plans to develop.

--My skills include an ability to speak in public, expertise in human resources management, good organizational skills, and a talent for judging, analyzing, and manging plans.
