In my opinion, it should be legal. Of course it is so dangerous, but normally many people drive and use cell phones in a car. Maybe they have some reasons.
Most of people think it is not ok because accidents happe by cell phones, others thinks it is ok that accidents don�t happen by cell phones. Absolutely some time we really need a cell phone in a hurry. We must have flexibility about this problem. We don�t need biases. It has the risks, however, it must be legal for lots of emergencies.

It will be dangerous if we cell phone when we are driving. It is also illegal in most countries. If we cell phone when we are driving, we will drive over the speed limit. This is the one of situation to have traffic accident. It should be care for driving, but if you cell phone. You will care about another things and forget you are driving now. Maybe you will have mush punishments for the illegal thing. I think we must be care when we are driving. It is good for us.

I agree with writer. Using cell phone while you are driving should be illegal. We have to pay money. If we use it while we are driving, we may lose concentration and crush. It is very danger for us, and other drivers. Even if we don�t use it if other driver uses it, we may crush. The most important thing is to concentrate to drive, I think. If we can�t concentrate to drive, we may die. So we should not use it while we are driving.

Driving and cell phones

I think people should be banned to drive and talk on their cell phone and that there should be a fine. The reason why it is no good for us is driving with cell phone causes dangerous. Take for example; as we can�t concentrate on driving, we can lose control. To make matters worse, it may cause a traffic accident. If you want to talk someone, you can talk them later. We don�t have to answer the phone when you are driving. It isn�t more important to talking with someone than passers� lives.

I think people should not be allowed to drive and talk on their sell phone because if you answer the phone when you are driving, you will not be able to concentrate it. I also think that having a hands free set is bad for your driving. It is very dangerous! I hope governments should make it illegal and should there be a fine. No-one wants to get a fine, so they don�t use cell phone during the driving. My country has a law which ban call phone when you are driving. Though, there are a lot of people who transgress it and there are many accidents. I think policeman should be watch people anywhere.

In my opinion, I think people should not be allowed to drive and talk on their cell phone at the same time. It should be illegal and there should be a fine. You will lose your concentration and have an accident if you talk on your cell phone at the same time. And what is worse, you may kill someone who doesn�t know you. This is a same thing as the murder. So it is very dangerous to drive and talk your cell phone at the same time. I think governments should make it illegal strictly and should provide more fine.

Driving and cell phone

Many people like talking on sell phone when there are driving, in some country is illegal. I think so. I don�t like the people who driving the car and talking on sell phone. It�s dangerous. I think if you must talk, you should use the earphone, I think this is much better than hold a cell phone to talk. but in my opinion, if you can you should turn off or turn cell phone to silence. So you don�t afraid somebody will call you. And your friend or you family who are in your car will feel much better.

I think that people shouldn�t be allowed to drive and talk on their cell phone. I believe many people agree with me. Everyone know that is dangerous, if you drive and talking on your cell phone at the same time. So you can�t concentrate your attention to the road that is easy to causing an accident. In my opinion you can use a hands free set, or pull over you car to the side of the road then answer the cell phone, the best thing to do is turn off the phone when you drive.
I think government should make it illegal if you talking on your phone when you drive, and should be a fine that make people afraid to use the phone when their drive.

yes, i agree. in my contry if i don't call my parents, they will worried me.

Actually, i didn't called my mum when i drunk with my friens.

the day night, my mum angryed said me "You are very important for me, and you don't have to people that trust you."

Anyway, except this situation and when you driving, you never use the cell phone.

More the more incresed car accident course by using cell phone.

So my opnion, NEVER use cell phone when driving.

I think that using cell phone during driving should be illegal. It is very dangerous action. It causes to make a lot of accidents. While driver drives a car, he has to concentrate on driving. But at that time if a cell phone rings, He will want to take a phone. But if he does it so, he couldn't see someone walk across the road. So accident can be took place.
But if government should make to be illegal to use cell phone while driving, many people won't use cell phone while driving.
To be illegal using cell phone while driving is good choice because it removes possibility to cause a lot of accidents.

Nowaday many people use cell phone in anywhere, anytime even while dryving. However it is very dangerous behavior! When you use cell phone you can't concentrate your attention on driving. You won't hear other car's horn and see the traffic lights cleary. Most important thing is you wil be decresed your ***** while you calling. So you can't react immediately that someone run into your car. You can't control your car. So you don't have to use your cell phone while you driving.

Iwant give you my opinion . I think the cell phone and Driving is bad idea.

Because this is illegal to talk on acell phones and is very dangerous.

Somebody gonig to out of cotoral if somebody or cars appear on street. If

you don't focus on Driving you will kill sombody. It is very dangerous for

the driver's life and another's life. We should focus on Driving. The life is

precios for all body. The driving similar Art. But talk on phones aren't

forbided all case. Sometimes we need cell phones an the case of emergecy.
