How do you think about the nail?. For me, I think it is very important when my nails are dirty, I will loss my confident. One way to solve this problem is panting because the colour will cover your nails thus the dirty will not appear, and everyone can not see the dirty in my nail.
Yesterday, I read a webpage that topics is "How to predict your health from your nail?". If your nail bed looks pale, you will anemia disease. If your nail bed looks black and blue colour, you will heart and lung disease and any cells in your body were not enough recieved OXYGEN.

I don't know about nail paniting but I know about treat my nail I have many method for keep my nail from any thing that can injure my nail. For example, when my hands are in harsh soaps and detergents, I will wear rubber gloves lined with cotton. Wear gloves when doing work that might damage the nails. After washing my hands, I use a moisturizer on the hands. The moisturizers contain urea of lactic acid are even more efficient in binding water to the skin (Uremol, Calmurid, Lachydrin, Lacticare). Do not ignore nails that separate from beds , nails that thicken or pit . See my doctor. The nail and skin reflect internal well being or disturbance. Do not push back my cuticles too vigorously or I will harm the growing moon of the nail. Push them back only when the skin around the nails is warms and wet and therefore softer and easier to manipulate. Laughing Laughing Laughing

when I will paint, I will pick up a small amount of polish on my brush and paint one stroke down the center of my nail. My brush should hold just enough color to accomplish this. Stroke the sides of the nail and I am done. The nail should be completely colored in three strokes. Allow setting for a minute or so before applying the second coat. Wait until polish is set (dry to the touch) and then apply the topcoat. I would not skip this step as it not only adds life to my manicure, it will protect my nails as well. Clean all of my equipment with alcohol and when they are dry, store them away until the next manicure. This is my solution for paint my nail [/size]

now i have a nail tip to you it is a little bit in your life . Embarassed Embarassed Do not grow excessively long nails; they are too prone to breakage., If my hands must be in and out of water frequently apply a silicone or a similarly based protectant film that sheds water over the hands and nails (Prevex, Atrixo, Barriere Cream)., Do not use too much polish remover. Apply moisturizer after using nail polish remover in order minimize the irritating and drying cation of the acetone. If nails darken despite good cleansing habits, a drop of lemon oil massaged twice weekly into the nail plate may work but must not be overdone or irritation of the surrounding skin and drying of the nail plate may occur.
