I have a problem to built: Subject Question and Object Question, Can anyone show me any form more easy to build that structure for learn english's grammar.

I am not sure what you mean either, but I will guess that it is about "Who" or "What" questions, which can be either subject or object (not counting the use of "Whom" which is more formal than what most Americans use.)
If you have a sentence like: Mary hit John.
The subject question is: Who hit John?
The object question is: Who did Mary hit? (Note: The "correct" way for TOEFL tests is "Whom did Mary hit?" but at least in the U.S. no one speaks that way.)
