[1] I feel like I become deaf.
[2] I feel like becoming deaf.
--------------------------------------------------------
I have a question. In my opinion, I think that [1] and [2] have the different meaning..
Anyway, do [1] and [2] have the same meaning? |

.
Both are odd, Marrion, so they are a little hard to assess. My view:
[1] I feel like I have become deaf. = I can't hear anything
[2] I feel like becoming deaf. = I would like to be deaf (an odd desire).

I have another question..
[1] I feel like I became deaf.
[2] I feel like I have become deaf.
What is the difference between [1] and [2]? |

#2 is a more recent accident, physically or psychologically.
