You mean as in, "My wife likes to cuddle with me"? _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

Hi!
Yeah I kinda meant that!
Well, is it right?
N if I gotta ask someone where he/she belongs to...what will I say, "Where do u belong" or "where do u belong to"?
Thanks a ton

Yes, my sentence was good english. You and your sweetheart can cuddle; you can cuddle in front of a nice fireplace; you can cuddle with your sweetheart. Everyone likes to cuddle.
As for your question, first please do not use blog / e-mail abbreviations. Spell the words out as best you can so as not to be misunderstood.
Second, I'm not sure what you mean by where someone belongs / belongs to. If I say, "Where does this chair belong?", it means, "Where is this chair supposed to go? Where does it usually sit?"
If I say, "Who [Whom] does this chair belong to?", I am asking who owns the chair.
But people don't belong in any particular location, nor do they belong to other people unless they are slaves.
If you mean to ask where she comes from or where she lives, then you ask, "Where do you come from? Where are you from? Where do you live? Where do you call home?" _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

HI!
Yes, I meant where he/she comes from like from which part of a country or so?
I have heard it a couple of times people asking, where do you belong to but I was never sure whether it is correct usage or not. That is why I asked to make it clear. So, you mean to say "where do you belong/belong to is not so correct English."
