Out of science and technology have been rapidly developed, there are more and more high-tech products produced in the world. Take TV for example, it is a common thing that every family in the advanced countries has its own TV, some family even has two or three. Recently, there are a lot of different TV programs having been appeared, so we have lots of choices and chances to watch the programs which we interested in. Therefore, many people spend their time on watching TV when they have free time. As a consequence, they only watch TV everyday. They would rather stay home and watch TV for all day long than go out for exercising or playing with their friends. I think that watching TV moderately is a good method for rest, but you should not spend too much time on it. Watching TV too much time will waste most of your time, and you can not let your brain think when you are watching TV. In my opinion, I do not think watching TV is a bad activity, but you have to control your time on it and watch the programs which are meaningful possibly. After all, watching TV is one of the good ways for relaxing. Very Happy
