(Question) Is there any gramatically wrong sentence? ( I don't think theres any...) Please consider those very formal sentences to be correct.
1. He needs to go to Kyoto.
2. He needed to go to Kyoto.
3. He will need to go to Kyoto.
4. Does he need to go to Kyoto?―Yes, he does./ No, he doesn�t.
5. Need he go to Kyoto?―Yes, he must./ No, you needn�t.
6. Did he need to go to Kyoto?―Yes, he did./ No, he didn�t.
7. Will he need to go to Kyoto?―Yes, he will./ No, he won�t.
8. He doesn�t need to go to Kyoto./ He need not go to Kyoto.
9. He didn�t need to go to Kyoto.
10. He will not need to go to Kyoto.

The only error is in 5, where you have "you" instead of "he." Also, the "must" in 5 is not wrong, but most people would say "do" instead.
