If you want to improve your English on your own I highly recommend www.english180.com

It is a completely FREE website that has a ton of lessons, all of them are in Flash and are interactive. It focuses on every aspect of learning English - tells you how to pronounce everything. And they have podcasts, videos, games, quizzes, and you can register for free to track your progress.
