Another factor that has to do with happiness is age. Old age may not be so bad.
"Given all the problems of aging, how could the elderly be more satisfied?"
asks Professor Laura.

I cannot figure out Professor's attitude. Are the elderly happy or not? What does she mean? Could anyone use another simple way to translate the sentence?

She is saying, "The elderly have problems that younger people do not have. What can we do to give the elderly more satisfaction in life?"
