I was wondering are we suppose to send this copy or we can make a copy of this and send it

I know it (the above sentence) sounds weird
can you make it look more natural

Muni, it's typical of a question a person might ask someone in a spontaneous way. It's a little awkward because of the two uses of 'copy,' but sometimes when we are speaking spiontaneously our sentences are a little awkward. Here are a couple of suggestions:

I was wondering - are we SUPPOSED to send this copy or CAN WE make a copy of this and send it?

I was wondering - are we SUPPOSED to send THE ORIGINAL or CAN WE make a copy of IT and send THAT?

I was wondering - are we SUPPOSED to send THE ORIGINAL or CAN WE make a copy and send THAT?

I was wondering IF WE ARE SUPPOSED to send this copy or CAN WE make ANOTHER copy and send THAT?

Keep up the good work.
