Do you?
I have been remembering this bad experience for one year now.
When I came to America my ESL teacher was always mean to me and she was always making me feel bad because I was foreign.
That *beep*' *beep* of *beep*.
Oh and of course I didn't feel cool, I felt totally worthless and humiliated.
I'm still in ESL but my new teacher is always nice to us and she appreciates foreign people. |

It's a shame that some teachers have no clue as to how they affect their students! I'm glad you now have a good teacher. Best of Luck in your studies, Cavc. |

Thanks, oh and by the way, do you think ESL kids are cool, because there is a girl in my school who thinks I'm cool because I'm in ESL and she likes me because I'm foreign and because I speak another language at home. |

Sure you're cool! I'd guess that the majority of native U.S. citizens cannot speak two or more languages, and it's fun to meet people from other cultures. |
