I'm working with a mob in Macau (near Hong Kong) that wants to set up a Buisness/Tourism English course for adults. It'll be aimed to prepare students in 'some way'
for the tourism industrie, which is expected to blossom in the next 5 years.I'm freaking out because I'm only a newb from a CELTA I did las October. I have never set up a syllabus before let worked in tourism...thou, I like walking on new ground.
Are there any surfing teachers out there on the net that could let me in on a little local knowledge. I need to know if there are any texts that could prove useful or if anyone has experence or knowledge in this area. I'm open to all advice!
