Is your school district legal with regard to ESL?

Would you turn your school district in to the OCR US Dept. of Education if you could do it secretly?

When will administrators stop putting us in book-less classrooms, trailers with no electricity, rooms with 55+students and 30 desks, and Fire Exit hallways? :(

When will state and federal laws be complied with? :(

When will PA stop it's cozy arrangement with Intermediate Units which supply teachers for money and house the so-called monitors? :(

When will Washington stop giving money to for-profit corporations that defraud local children and school districts? :(

When will administrators work full time for their districts instead of moonlighting for local colleges and universities? :(
