Which is correct between (1) and (2)?

Number one is correct, but you will not usually hear the 2 "s"s pronounced separately because native speakers will link them together.
"Thanksso much. "
So it might sound like "Thank so much"

Is the letter "S" in thanks Noun plural "S" or 3rd person singular "S"
