If you are talking about specific dates then the rule is 'at' is used for times and 'on' for days.
So
at 2.30 17th December 2005
on 17th December 2005

The question was if 'AT or ON a specific date' is correct.

Yes, I know AT+time and on+day(year)(month) but I was wondering about that specfic 'ON that date? AT that date? IN that date?)
