I have some country flash cards and game cards that you can print right off the internet. There are 33 cards in total but you don't need to use all of them. Just print off the ones you think would be best for your students to learn.

You can introduce the target language using the big flash cards. Then have the students make a line and see how fast they can pass one card down the line. Time them start to finish. Obviously, the should be asking "where are you from?" and answering "I'm from ~." as they pass the cards.
You can have them do this with the different countries and see if they can improve their times. Also, see which country they can do the fastest.
There is a lot more you can do if you make the small game cards, but if you only have 10 minutes, this timed relay race is pretty easy and fun. I hope that helps.

You can combine this with a number of questions for review - What is your name? What colour is/are your hair, eyes, clothes, etc.? How old are you? What language do you speak? and so on.
You just make up cards with pictures of people on them - from the Internet, magazines, newspapers - and write the person's name, country, age, etc. on the card.
The students chose one card and learn the information and then go around the classroom asking others about their information and telling them about their information. Try to get a variety of people or pictures of popular figures if you want to add more content. Afterwards you can ask the students, "Did you meet Elvis or Britney or ...? Where was she/he from? while looking at the cards which are displayed somewhere.
