class action lawsuit berlin germany

i am looking for teachers based in berlin germany who have had problems getting payment from their schools. i am specifically looking for teachers who have worked with a school whose name starts with an "A". i am interested in organizing teachers to put together a lawsuit. i think that it is deplorable that these schools regularly fail to pay their teachers. and the only way to make the pattern stop is to take the offender (s) to court. and i think the most effective way is to organize a group of people to do this.
