Try www.thelanguagemenu.com for making worksheets for bilingual students. Suitable for both beginners and advanced students, as you can also use pictures in the worksheets. Works in 11 languages.
Lable the picture, matching, fill in the blank, flash cards, gameboards, crosswords, spirals, wordsearches...
