IGCSE History CIE

We are just starting a year 10 class CiE IGCSE History course. Does anyone have experience of teaching this and if so can they recommend which books we should use.We have a small budget and I was thinking of using McAleavy but was wondering if this covers the whole syllabus or do I need to order more?
