hello every body

i am an MA in english language teaching .i dont know much english vocabulary .may be given some useful methods for learnining more vocabs since i want to take part in PHD exam. would u tell me some sites or books to syudy

Keep reading, man, and if you can't get the drift of a story, report or letter to the editor of a magazine you go over the sentence that's a hurdle; then check the vocabulary.
Every day you will find new words or phrases; check whether they are colloquialisms or standard expressions. Enter them in a notebook in alphabetical order. Add contexts or translations.
