i was thinking this but i am thinking of a simple addition game, like 21 bust otherwise known as pontuns...its a game whereby the dealer deals out 2 cards, within which the children have to make up 21. each card is its own value eg 5 is 5 and queen, king and jack is 10 points...however, the ace can be either 11 points or one point depends on the player.....the aim of the game is to make up 21 in as few cards as possible
what do u think?

the trouble is, Ilse, that i am unable to be as honest as i want to be. I have to be tactful in what i say...i'm worried i could lose my job over this, you know? Also, i have spoken to one of the parent's today...the mother...and she is not prepared to hear a bad word against her son. He must be an angel at home, eh?

Cardgames could be good.
Determining the best playing strategy involves some math. Knowing how to determine the probability of the occurrence of random events can help a player determine the best strategy for winning. The play of many card games also requires basic arithmetic skills. In many games, you have to add or subtract points. (For example, in Blackjack you need to add the values of your cards and subtract it from 21.) Most card games also require some form of scorekeeping from round to round or hand to hand. This often just involves simple arithmetic, but that is math as well.
