| I want to start some DIY projects but need things like lumber and nails and stuff. Is there a big box home improvement store in Riyadh? Any suggestions? Thanks! |

Readers from outside US would not know what "Home Depot" is. Why assume that we are all familiar with the way things are in the former colonies ?

ca'mon Scot47!
You need to learn to develop your inference skills. You should be able to connect lumber, nails and stuff to hardware thus making the connection home improvement(Home Depot)=hardware store, even if you didn't know what DYI stood for you could still make a reasonable guess based on the information the OP provided. OR you could have just googled it

| They have the Simpsons everywhere - even in barbarous Turkey where they have been in the news recently. Home Depot is to be found only in the US |
