I guess we're not permitted to paste image here any more. How about links?

This might be easier:

Regarding the Oxford comma:

I love my parents, my dog and my cat.

is mighty different from:

I love my parents, my dog, and my cat. Very Happy

Regards,
John

Thanks, John. Smile

So in the Oxford comma sentence. you'd be saying that your parents are your dog and cat?

If so, one can only hope the female parent is the cat. Otherwise, you'd be an S.O.B. Laughing

Dear Janiny,

Christopher Walken's one of my favorite actors. Quite a range: villains to screwball comedies.

Yup, in the first sentence, "my dog and my cat" is an appositive. Very Happy

Regards,
John
