The Three Strikes law is a few years old now, and completely whacked.

Just one more nutty thing that my beloved home has done...

A small town in Northern California recently debated changing its name to Got Milk?.

Thankfully, sanity prevailed. Too bad I don't recall the town's real name.

Oh, and speaking of name changes--Arnie (the man for whom this thread was started, waaaaaay back when...) may have a mountain named for him in Georgia. Look at the doors that governorship can open!

I'm assuming that's the state of Georgia and not the nation? They must be considering Mt. Arnold, not Mt. Schwarzenegger. Georgia's dead last in SAT scores in the nation; no one would be able to spell such a long word. Not the high schoolers anyway.

It's the nation, not the state. And I believe it would be Mt. Schwarzenegger--if he visits them, they'll name the mountain for him.

I just heard that Arnie won't make any movies while he's governor. I guess there's a silver lining to this after all. Very Happy It should have been his campaign promise and he would have gotten more votes.
